Geraldine was the wife of former player and composer for the band Alexander Hollweg who passed away on 20th January 2020 and whose life and art we celebrated last year with concerts at Taunton Museum and East Quay during exhibitions of his work.

The band fondly remembers both for their and their family's support over many years. 

A time the band particularly brings to mind is when we visited their home just before Christmas a few years ago to play carols. It was a clear and frosty night, and the sound of the band could be heard throughout the valley of Nettlecombe. A magical time.

The band send their condolences to Alex and Geraldine's children, Rebecca and Lucas, and hope to continue our strong association and friendship for many years to come.
